Kathy Zhao is a partner in ZH CPA, LLC overseeing the Canadian auditing, accounting and tax services of the Firm and acts as Chief Operating Officer for Canada location. Kathy has significant experience in dealing with Canadian auditing, accounting and taxation issues.

Prior to joining ZH CPA, LLC, Kathy spent her public accounting careers at a Big-4 accounting firm and she also have rich experience on assurance, accounting and tax services in Canada. She provides audit services to public listed companies and privately held companies. Practice focuses include aboriginal organization, non-profit organization, manufacturing, financial industry, high-tech, real estate, medical industry, consumer goods and trade industries.
